I?m not surprised that these players are doing well with their respective team. I think they all fit in well with each team which allows them to succeed.

TJ Ford was what the raps needed this year.

TJ Ford is doing amazingly well as the Raptors playmaker. Too bad he refuses to play defense though [IMG]

I think he does play defense but it?s not very good. Too me he is just to small and bigger guards can do a number on this guy.

He doesn't play defense at all. Shawn Bradley could probably beat him off the dribble with the way he plays defense. He let's the opposing pg get past him every time, and that's what killed us when we played the Spurs.

In Ford's defense, not many people can keep Tony Parker from penetrating and driving, so that's not really a fair game to call him out for.

Not surprised with Peja. But I was really surprised with Villanueva and TJ Ford.

I didn't expect Al Harrington to average this high, with all of the weapons on Indiana. But he's a good big man next to JO.

Tony Parker got by him whenever he wanted to. That should not happen, I dont care if the other player is Michael Jordan. TJ made a defensive stop on him zero times. That really hurt us, and allowed for the Spurs offense to function. It wasnt just his scoring that hurt us. When he got by Ford, other players were forced to play help defense on him, allowing easy jump shots, or scores for the left-open guys on the floor.

Your right, I didn't see tht game, and I'm not saying that he is a good defensive player or anything I watched him a few games last year and know he's not good at defense. I'm just saying, calling him out for not being able to stay in front of Tony Parker is stupid, almost no one stays in front of him. Eric Snow gets lit up by him every time, and Eric Snow is a good defensive point guard.
