Looks like much of the country is falling to Al Queada. :MARIS61:

Every time Cheney criticizes Obama about this, it's like O.J. saying he'll go search for who's at fault.

It's unfortunate that portions of their military appears to give up without a fight, literally.

Looks like it is going to happen. Jordan next. Then what?

When the Sunni Khilafat is a reality it will be interesting to see what happens.

Will they attempt to wipe out Israel next or settle the score, on who really is the Caliph,
between them and the Shia Iranians.

Hard to say what we should do now, since we already blew it in Iraq and Afghanistan.
I guess it depends on their next move, hopefully they choose to settle the score with Iran and the Imam. We sit that out and prepare for the next event which maybe nothing when the dust clears after the Grand battle for all Islam.

We surrendered in 2009. Surprised it took this long to fall apart.

I think George Bush was right when he declared victory on the deck of an Aircraft carrier. We should have left then (Iraq).
I don't know what the hell Obama will do now, but I don't agree with what the Republicans want to do either.

Should have let us finish the job back in '91.

I think the point is that you can never "finish the job."

Not unless the job is to simply kill Saddam and pop smoke.

We could have stayed for fifty years, but as soon as we left this was going to happen. It was inevitable.

    Shocker.

Whatever, more soldiers to fight against in our never ending war, wish we wouldn't keep arming them though.

Our civil war is the model for what would have worked there.

A very long term occupation (we called it reconstruction).

But it isn't our country, so why should we?

The generals predicted this outcome when oboma declared his intent. Full out sectarian civil war..for all of the infrastructure and stability we provided is for not but a waste of time, lives and money.

Guess it may be time to let those peaceful Muslims kill the other peaceful Muslims, our advantage once held has vanished.

Yep, some how I think the sunni Caliph will want to clarify the position of Islam with the Shia Imam
before taking on the great Satan. It seems to me we should not interfere while that shakes out.
Except perhaps stir the brew a little when possible.

The obvious solution is to bomb Mecca.
