That ref has called three bogus penalties against the Rangers. It's a fuckjng embarrassment to hockey how that ref is influencing this game
That penalty call made absolutely no sense. You would have to be brain dead as a referee to think a player looking to go the other way to attack with the puck would trip somebody like that.
Refs once again are the main talking point in this game. Bulllshit goalie interference call. Bulllshit hooking call. Bullshit trip call. All from the SAME ref. Ref must be on the take from LA or under direct orders from Bettman. Fucking unacceptable for the SAME ref to make all those bogus calls.
All I will add is every post before ripping the refs was oh my god why are we in this shell. No forecheck. 30 seconds shifts are a joke. We need to actually try and get in their zone and push. Then we fail to clear many times. Nash with a dumb icing. About 3 clean faceoff losses. All of that is what I would be unhappy with before I got on the refs, but that's just me. This 3rd period strategy, that now clearly is AV's plan, of really short shifts is NOT working as they dominate EVERY 3rd period. Instead of pushing we go 30 and out. Not sure I agree with AV on that 3rd period style. Just my opinion.

We all complained about our scheme, but to think that that ref, who has called 2 BOGUS calls and another SOFT call on the Rangers, yet has allowed LA to spear Hank and use him like a mop with their sticks pushing him around the ice, has NOT influenced the game is absurd. The Rangers are struggling enough without the refs helping them.
Okay Al. All I know is we are being dominated in the 3rd again and have about 7 icings. But I respect anyone who wants to blame the refs. To each their own. No issues.
