    Phelps with a solid six one hit innings. I have to give massive credit where it's due. He stepped up tonight. We shall see if the comes out for the 7th or if they go to Betances to start the closing bridge.

    Unfortunately, while a very nice win for the Yankees it doesn't make me feel any less upset about the Rangers losing. I didn't think it would just one of those nights.

    That's the kicker, stepping up, I've been pulling for Phelps to succeed, finally gets a good game and finally the offense is stepping up. Hopefully this team will start bopping on a consistent basis, too much talent to be getting their asses kicked the way they were.

    4th straight multi hit game going 9 for 16 over that time to raise his average from 254 to 275. Lets hope it continues.
