McCann starting to hit certainly helps this team greatly. Now if Beltran can get his head out of his ass we may having something.

MLB was saying he's a 2nd half hitter, plus he's learning the league and its pitching, etc. The script could have been written byb59, lol!

Glad to see him have a good night at the dish, long overdue. For some reason I thought he'd start bopping during this home stand. They man looked like he'd has a weight lifted off of his shoulders last night. Keep on keepin' on.

...never said anything of the sort, but I am obviously glad to see him have a good night.

...heard 'em say it's been 52 years since a Yankee catcher had a homer, a triple, and 5 RBIs in a game...(Elston Howard)

I would of loved to see the game. I did try using the URL links I got from you awhile back on my Son's Laptop and Hughes Net, but nada a pic of the game...not sure why it wouldn't come in....!

wound up watching the CWS, and listening on radio, to Kershaw's 15K NO NO-vs Tulo and Co. What a game....not much different than watching Masahiro's games. Damn if our Yanx only had a 1-2 righty lefty combo. Shades of Ryan and Tanana, or Ford and Stottlemyre, Ford and anyone else...Key, Wells, Pettite, Cone, Clemens, El Duque, and The Fireman Himself, "Mr Door Slammer-MO", .... damn I long for those days of deep deep SP's and a deeper BP...!

If Whitley keeps up a solid progression they Yankees may have a solid one two. I've liked that kid from the get go, first time I saw him I thought that the Yankees may have something.
