In an organized summer league in the YMCA I was pumped because we were up two with like 30 seconds to go. I was a shotblocking machine that game and went for another block and sure enough swatted it. The ball was going out of bounds and I jumped out of bounds to save the ball. I saved the ball, but I passed it to the guy I just blocked and he was open for an uncontested layup to tie the game. even worse. I was jumping with such momentum that the switch to turn on and off the scoreboard punctured my arm very deep and the scoreboard turned off. In overtime, we had to play without a scoreboard (because nobody wanted to touch the bloody switch) and the coach kept me in because we only had six players, even though I was bleeding like hell (I got bandaged obviously before I went back in). We actually ended up winning that game, I don't know how.

My most embarrassing moment on the court was when I became Antoine Walker for a day. I shot either 1-6 or 1-7 from 3-point land, and 2 of them were airballs right in a row. This was in front of my AAU coach (it was for another league, but he came to my game). He was disgusted and he actually made me run 5 extra suicides at the end of our next AAU practice lol. That's what made it more embarrassing, because he made it a point to tell my whole AAU team about it haha. The coach was a funny guy, so I wasn't mad at him, we were all laughing. But he was standing on the 3-point line and he said "Dustin Walker was ice cold from downtown this weekend" or something, and he purposely missed about 5 three's in a row. Also, he was doing this while I was running my extra suicides. LMAO. Good times, good times.</div> Actually, you know what, this is my 2nd most embarrassing. I just thought of one that happened to me 2 years ago. We were down by 2 with about 15-20 seconds left and I had the ball on the left baseline. I had a perfect open shot, but also an angle to get the ball into my center for a layup. I made a dumb choice to attempt the pass, but he moved just when I went to skip it in, and I picked up my pivot foot. Travel. We ended up losing the game by 4. Nobody said anything to me, but I deserved it. I was pissed.
my basketball season ended abruptly a couple weeks ago when I got jumped in richmond before our first preseason game. I guess that serves me right for wearing my medallion and rings in the iron triangle and yelling "You tryna step to me!" to everybody who walks by......damn I'm unlucky. I was supposed to be JV captain this year too. Now I just have to keep stats again (I got beat up pretty bad. I might be able to return for like the last five games)
I was playing a pick up game against a friend and he did that move where you throw the ball in the air and your defender will jump and get it and then you pull down his pants. At least I was wearing boxers...I've also missed wide open layups like 3 times.
