Free for all: At season's end, general manager Gar Forman said he'd be interested in re-signing D.J. Augustin and Kirk Hinrich. The players, in turn, said they'd like to return.

It's unlikely the Bulls will re-sign both. The market will be a factor, obviously, especially because the Bulls will have a fluid free agency as they pursue Anthony first. But signing a proven backup point guard will be addressed.

DJ please. He has a future in the league and proved his value as a reserve.

Me too Denny!! But Knowing the Bulls and how much they like Kirk, he will be a Bull until he retires.

DJ off of the bench...woe. That would be great.

I think most would prefer DJ. He can score in bursts. More dynamic offensively.

Does Kirk have photos of Jerry in a dress or does he have worth that a handful of armchair experts don't see? Given reality, it seems to have to be one or the other.

Right. It would be a pity to have 14 on the roster, or have no room for Mike James!

If the Bulls are the only team that is interested in him, it's the former.

Teams should be interested in him at near Vet Minimum. Let's see him get $4M again.

Agree he won't get $4mil again. Clearly, what happens to Hinrich is well down the list of things of interest this summer.
