For the uneducated fan, the answer is a simple "no, because Reinsdorf is too cheap to amnesty Boozer, he'll never pay him to play for another team". Or the equally ignorant "if the Bulls don't amnesty Boozer, it just proves how cheap Reinsdorf is".
