For the uneducated fan, the answer is a simple "no, because Reinsdorf is too cheap to amnesty Boozer, he'll never pay him to play for another team". Or the equally ignorant "if the Bulls don't amnesty Boozer, it just proves how cheap Reinsdorf is". But Bullsville is the home of the intelligent Chicago Bulls fan, so of course I'm going to give you the real story, which is that the Bulls will be much better off if they don't amnesty Boozer.
