Calderon's scoring ability seems to have improved dramatically

    How about Jose Calderon? I think he is shooting like 55% from the field, or something along those lines. That is unbelievable for a guard. He's scoring 8 ppg off the bench for us too. His mid-range jump shot is money now, whereas last year, he was very shaky shooting the ball. He is quick, and is very capable of driving to the hole, moreso than last year. His 3 pt shot still isnt there, but that doesn't matter to me.His playmaking ability doesn't seem to be there, but hey, I'll take what he is doing scoring-wise and run with it.

    Thats what he worked on most of Trainign camp, looks like he is the only one benefitting from Mitchell's shooting drills though

    Yeah I'm loving Jose so far. His confidence increased like never before. If he can stay consistent with his jumpshot, I think he'd be a solid backup PG.
