    by the way, saw a thread before saying the division is ripe for the taking and they need to "wake up"

    there's no waking up to do, they're a bad team

    beltran is clearly hurt and therefore is horrible

    McCann has been a disaster

    those were 2/3 guys signed to replace Cano's production.

    Yeah, I really thought they could start getting on the right track starting with Tampa. I see no signs of the guys you mentioned turning a corner. They do nothing but hit a mistake out of the park ever once in a blue moon.

    Like danman said. You bring in McCann and Beltran after Cano leaves and both of them have just been completely disgraceful offensively.

    Cashman can't survive this...give all the excuses you want you can't have this kind of payroll and not make the playoffs (in a time where there's an extra wildcard) two years in a row. It's staggering stupidity.

    People are stupid they pay big bucks to see this trash and they voted Charlie Rangle back in with his track record. They got rid of one stupid mayor and got a dumber one so not much hope for the Yankees.

    I understand the frustration but its not like the team is in last place & 15 games out. They're 2 1/2 games out.
