Neil has said it not once but multiple times. They need to target people that want to be here. If they targeted all players up front that has no interest. They could lose out players they could have had, like a Spencer for instance. I'm sure many of you would take Spencer over seeing the Blazers come away empty handed. I can already envision what this forum would like in that situation. Neil is being realistic. Good for him.
