    The guy who pissed charlotte off so badly they waited until after he couldnt sign on with a playoff team before waiving him last year just got the MLE pretty much. This is starting to seem like a good plan is to wait until most of the market has dried up because otherwise we wont be able to afford anyone.

    The free agent market usually bifurcates in this fashion. The first signings are big money and/or long-term. Everyone freaks out about how expensive free agency is and how we'll never get a decent player (including me). Then the money is spent and the players that don't have a musical chair are left standing waiting for whatever scraps are available from teams. And that's when you pounce.

    Officially the worst deal of the free agent period so far. Orlando scouts must only have tape from the 2009 season.

    He certainly has the ability to out earn that contract whether he has the motivation to remains to be seen. He could be a nice bargain a 4 million dollar mistake

    Unfortunately not he has significant brain damage has hundreds of seizures a week and will continue to deteriorate before he dies in the next 12 months.
