Re: Official "Police Searched My Crib Today..." Thread Illosophee, Let me tell you this. My dad is a US Marshall and a Police Officer. I can tell you right now if this story is indeed true then you would not be on the computer right now. They always look for evidence on the computer (Emails, Recent searches, ect)They almost ALWAYS seize the computer for evidence. Especially in a case like this.

He would have seized every computer in the household and had a professional look them over. That's a fact.

He asked me to put my password in to log onto Windows, he asked my brother to put in his password and then he checked the search listing. That's all. I don't give a F*ck if you believe it or not. All that the officer did was admit that he felt empathy toward my family and that my brother made an honest mistake.ALSO, how do you know police officers would actually take the computer? Your dad has never dealt with this kind of sh*t before, right? Exactly. I bet cops only take the computer for investigation if the suspect is suspected of illegal crimes over the computer, such as child pornography.</span>
