If Hinrich has the same mindset as Deng (won't sacrifice $$ for situation), I wouldn't expect to have Hinrich back because Hinrich will be offered more than the vet minimum by some team.

Did the Bulls make an offer to Deng this offseason and he turned it down?

Well, then its kind of unfair to say Deng won't sacrifice $ for situation.

He never asked to leave the Bulls. He just wanted to test free agency. Same as Melo, who went back to the Knicks.

The Bulls opted to trade him. The Bulls also didn't make him an offer in free agency, despite Deng publicly saying he would not have a problem going back to the Bulls.
