Yes this happens to everyone, and many techniques have been developed to help with the boredom such as: passing notes, text messaging and playing games on that brand new TI-89 titanium. What do I do in class you say? Well, I like to try some fancy pen tricks. I'm not very good though. Have you guys tried this? :dribble:
I can do pretty much all of those pen tricks just not as fast and all in a row. My favorite is spinning from in between the pinky and ring, to middle and ring to pointer and middle. I'm getting good at that.
haha I am going to be doing that all day tomorrow. I know kids that can do that with drum sticks though.

I think on the most part because of the class sizes you can practically do whatever you please. If I get bored, I start drawing in my notebook.

Just stuff that will make time go by.
Those pen tricks are pretty sweet, I'm gonna start trying those.But to pass the time in class I usually draw or just talk (and get in trouble but whatever)
I always choose the desk near a wall so I can fall asleep since I know I will be bored all the time. it definitely comes in handy.
If I am in computers class, I play some games on the emulators some other kids so graciously downloaded.But if I am in other classes, I just talk to people...or space out...or sleep...

I had a teacher who would let you sleep. He would tell everyone to be quiet and let that person sleep. The thing is he would never let anyone wake them up. So if that person woke up in the next class period it was thier fault for not waking up. If I was bored in class all I would do was sleep or talk to my friends. I usually slept through most of my French class since the teacher would only use like 15 minutes of the whole class for the lesson.
