I could see the Dwightmare starting if they aren't as good next year. It'd be funny if his opt out would have lined up with when we had cap space next year, but he would become angry here too eventually i'm sure.
unless he uses that 10 million wisely they are going to be much worse than last year, they are losing like 35/16/9 off their team, and a #1 pick, for trevor ariza and?
They're not losing a first round pick (overall). They lost a first round pick in the Lin deal, but picked one up in the Asik deal, so they're "draft neutral."
thats true, and the pick they got back is a little better than they one they sent out looks like all in all, dealing lin and asik for cap space to sign ariza? whatever. but losing parsons when they could have kept him for <1mm is pretty damn bad
All I can say is Chandler played damn well against us in the playoffs. This is a very nice pickup for Dallas.
Not really. He had 2 good games, and the other 4 were about his seasonal averages. He disappeared in the 2nd half in most of the games too.
How's Dallas' cap space situation going to be for next summer? Will they have much cap space as of right now to attempt to try to take LA from us after this MAX contract signing? Morey is apparently wanting to keep cap space open for next summer since they striked out this time lol.. But I can't see LMA going to Houston over us after that playoffs series, but idk
I'm not scared one iota about LA leaving. We have the extra year/Extra money. Morey would be an absolute fool to try and go after another "Bosh" like scenario.
