    Interesting. Are some of those lakes? It looks sort of like the cat scan of a brain suffering from "mad cow" disease!

    There is historically a lot of permafrost with methane bubbles trapped. But that permafrost is melting.

    Lovecraft is a great author. His novella At the Mountains of Madness is one of my favorites.

    I'm sure Minstrel is a wonderful human being. Minstrel's posts are not worth the electrons they're printed on. Minstrel's posts induce brain damage and contribute to the decline of civilization. Minstrel, however, is a great poster.
