Not a punk, good information to know.

Only experience I have had is I tore my ACL. I remember hoping it was just a strain (as the doctor described it) but MRI showed it was a clear tear where they said I could either live without fixing it but have an unstable knee or replace it with surgery. So I just assumed a tear meant the ligament was torn through. I also always thought ligaments don't grow back or repair themselves . . . true?

Not true. A grade 1 or 2 will often grow back completely with rest. A grade 3 complete tear can even grow back in certain joints if the joint is immobilized. It depends on the ligament; some tears almost never have surgery while other can have surgery even for a partial tear. Some ligaments always need surgery to fix a tear.

Unfortunate to be sure. The positive is this creates more minutes for Freeland and Leonard during our march to the championship in Vegas.

T-Rob is a killer, he'll be fine. I hope they play Meyers at 4 so they can turn this injury into a blessing.

Tough break, but I think he'll be fine. As someone earlier said I hope he takes this time to work on his left hand. He probably won't be able to lift or shoot while it's healing, but he should be able to do other drills.

This absolutely sucks! If it needs surgery, he shouldn't delay.
