Once this team gets down eight to 10 points, we lose heart and don't defend if we don't have all of our horses."It has been similar in three of the four losses. The Heat led Philadelphia and Houston for a half and Denver for three quarters, only to have its offense disappear, followed by its defense."When our offense isn't clicking," Wade said, "we aren't getting the stops that we need. We are doing all the negative little things instead of the positive little things."Wade knows there are 75 games left, so he is looking at the big picture."We are a good club and can get on a roll. It is about confidence," Wade said. "I saw it last year. When the confidence is there, we are a hell of a team. When the confidence isn't there, we struggle.
