The problem is that Donald Sterling has filed another lawsuit against the NBA and his wife, which may not be settled for ages and ages. And: [tweet]491871244258512896[/tweet]
Looks like were going to have to put mo and Blake into a boxing ring. Winner gets the jersey # and the backup pg minutes.
Mavs also signed Aminu. Mavs basically signing EVERYONE. Which they seem to do every year. (Everyone except Mo, it seems. Oh, and they voided a contract they'd just agreed to with Rashard Lewis when they found out he needed surgery. Classy.)
I'd put money on Blake, he isn't afraid to get into someones face even if they are 12 inches taller then him. I'v also always heard he trains with MMA guys in the off season.
Players seem to want to play for Cuban. He must really take care of his players and his reputation must be known throughout the league.
He is mentioned as a great owner and a person players love to play for when its brought up on podcasts and NBA TV. Kind of weird if he is an owner that players want to play for that he can't land a top FA though.
hams Charania: Jameer Nelson balanced finances and winning in free agency. Dwight Howard made multiple calls recruiting Nelson to Houston, sources say Houston can't catch a break . . . I feel for them.
How classy is it for Rashard Lewis to agree to a contract when he needs knee surgery he doesn't tell the team about?
Ahh I forgot about that the Orlando teammates. Interesting that Jameer didn't want to play with Dwight. That Houston team is in much more need of offensive help losing their 3rd and 4th options in Parsons and Lin.
Dwight ripped on his teammates when he left Orlando saying he was playing with a bunch of players nobody wanted. Harden just recently ripped on Chandler (and Ariza) saying everyone besides him and Howard are role players. It's no wonder Houston is having a hard time getting players.
It was reported that Houston would have done of sign and trade of Harden for Melo if Melo wanted to play for them. Considering that OKC got rid of him and Houston would rather have Melo then him I think he's not a great locker room guy.
