He got out of a bases loaded jam but I'm not happy with his 25 pitch 1st inning. I'll chalk it up to nerves. Lets hope he can settle down as the game goes on.

I'm going to get ahead of you on this Ron, Great bunt against the shift by Headley. And btw: I do agree with you that the only way there going to stop the exaggerated shifts that we're seeing is to go against them.

...I was wrong...he is a difference maker...not a huge difference, but a difference still.
 
On July 1st McCann's numbers 9 / 36 / 220. He's now at 12 / 46 / 244. Things are looking up.
 
I'm not sure how long Cappy can go into the year, finessing his way....I do hope far, yet watching his wheels fall off in 1 too many games was not pretty......best of luck Cap
 
83 pitches & 10 base runners in 4 1/3. I hope he doesn't let this one get away. A DP would be real nice here.
 
On an earlier throw to 1st I seriously thought Macs footwork was backwards, then realized, he's a righty Fokker, not a lefty leading with the wrong foot, shit for sleep, and I can't see straight, holy hellllll.......3 hrs sleep doesn't cut it when ya' get effing old.....
