    The correct answer is Tualatin. It's TOTALLY different. Instead of high end strip-malls far from where most people live, it's medium-end strip-malls far from where most people live. AND! instead of home prices averaging $473,100 it's $343,300. Oh and it's like 3 or 4 miles west of Lake Oswego.
