    can't pitch Miggy down the middle anywhere....

    split the K zone into 12 boxes, and there is but one box, ya' can get Miggy to K, all the others; he's usually gonna make contact.....

    Mr. Price can Pitch like Hell Has Cometh....tho' we're seeing otherwise...! Ryan can hit....after all....!!!!!!!

    Ellsbury goes the opposite way on a 95 mph outside pitch, drives in run #2....

    Threw Derek in, (at least he knew as much to not throw outside to Our Capt.

    What I'd give to of seen Mr. Price in PinStripes....he CAN be beat.....(TM.-Oxymoron)....

    a split......? let's go for 3 of 4, better yet, a sweep.......!

    ...didn't care for Gardner bunting there...he's been swinging the bat well and he'd likely advance the runner anyway even if he grounded out to the right side.

    ...there's an old baseball adage..."If you play for one run, that's all you're likely to get."




    ...luckily, Ellsbury came through.

    #1 Ellsbury appears to be heating up again.

    #2 By the time the nights over Teixeira should be hitting in the 220s

    in a game where you think there won't be a lot of runs , u bunt, not saying i agree either, but wtf !!!!!!! gardner could fly, drag 1 for hit kill 2 birds with 1 stone but girardi doesn't have the capability.....

    shame on yankees for not developing gardner as a runner, no excuse

    I'd place that onus on Brett, I'm more than sure he's been taught to steal a base now n then. Yet, I did expect Gardner to have at least 30 SB's by now, not 18, 40 by now would of been nicer....but we've discussed this prior....!!!

    McCann Can....nice earlier HR.....556 B'Avg. vs Price, now .500 or 5/10...looks like McCann's going to take Mr. Price out of the park a 2nd time before this game is ovah...!

    minor leaguers and major leaguers are seperated in spring training for many reasons, miles apart, 1 day the big boys had to use our facility..... every coach in the org lined up down right field line, if we got caught lookin over to see what the big boys were doing we were threatned we'd be put on plane next day..... take my word for it, the org. is part of blame!
