One of the head lines in today's NY Post has, C.C. "I will never be 100%". Which is not exactly shocking since he hasn't been 100% in a couple of years now.

Sabathia hasn't been on par since he got that contract extension. Last year he said he'd be better this year, now he thinks he will be OK next year. There are three LOADS on this team the Yankees need to get out of town, Sabathia, Tex, and the prodigal druggist due back next year.

Makes ya' wonder why your not writing for the NY Post eh? does me, why aren't you writing for the Post, Rick.....you've known more about the Team than those dumb asses have.

I can just see it, in the Post: "News Flash, CC may never be the same".....no shit sherlock, we've been saying this for a year......! and he never will return to previous form. Never will throw another fastball at 90mph...... my grandmother could throw harder than CC can...........oh no look above: :shitstorm:

If only the Yanx could put him on a permanent DL, claim the Insurance $$$....

That's the only sensible move IMO....

and you need to apply for a job with the Post Rick.....that's sensible to, if they let you work from home that is.....!.... :comppunch:

Or-take him down to Tex/Mex, So. Cal, or effing Tijuana/Nogales, feed him Tacos for the entire off season, fatten him back up, maybe....maybe he could throw a fastball in the low 90s, but ....... I just don't see it....CC is history, IMO, stick a fork in him. His career is ovah.....!!........:deadhorse::hungry:

Let me get out that resume right away. I should have no problem as it appears that it really doesn't take much experience to work there.

CC won't be reliable... McCarthy still has to endure a longer stretch IMO, Pineda needs to stay healthy... Wish A-Rod and Tex could come off the books... but... I guess....

The more I look at this line up the more convinced I become that we need another solid bat in the line up. I mean you seriously have to take into account that either Teixeira or A-Rod (or both) are going to break down. Any idea's? Yes I know Tulo but I'm thinking realistically.
