    Despite Harold Reynolds making every excuse possible for the Tigers the Yankees were able to put an L on Verlanders 2014 resume. I was hoping the Yankees could get two, if they put it to Porcello today they might just take the series. I thought the Yankees could get to Verlander but the real shocker for me was Capuano, Also got a shocker out of Huff finishing up. This series reminds me of early '06 when Torre took a Yankee Team missing pieces into Detroit and took 3/4. Yankee pitching depleted as it is pitched this well against a good Tiger team. Damn nice win.

    The Tiger Fans, those I've talked to in Detroit, and/or Michigan, are Stunned........

    Watching their once 10 game, then 5 game led in the AL Central Dwindle........! and shrinking fast, ......
