    From this point forward if the Yankees play .500 ball they will have one less win with an allegedly better team than last years unit. Three games remain against AL West (Houston) 10 against AL Central Chicago (3) Detroit (3) Kansas City (4)
    and 32 against AL East Baltimore (10) Boston (6), Tampa (9) and Toronto ( 7)
    I sure hope someone wakes up and smells the coffee.

    Go Yanx....bring the pellet guns for the birds, ...... the other's we can take, (AL West, and Central), if ya' can get past Detroit, ya' necessarily aren't getting past KC tho', just sayin'.........

    These days, when I hear the tough get going, too often the "tough" mis-construe the meaning of the word, and run away like hell, they get going alright, in the wrong direction......

    I tell ya' this country's going to hell, in every aspect, and I'm an optimist, well most times.....:lol:

    When the going got tough during the Blitz of 1940 Ambassador to England Kennedy got going right out of England. While he was keeping Rose Kennedy full of children he was out banging Gloria Swanson. Old Joe got all those dead people to vote in that election, slick old guy he was. But we are dealing now with the 2014 Yankees and the going gets tough starting tonight. I don't want to see this season end with the Yankees fighting to avoid last place with Boston.

    Gotta' say Politics have been crooked since the beginning of time, BUT I REALLY believed in Bobby, alot.....was just a few blocks away when he was shot in L.A.-

    RFK could of been the best prez this nation ever had. Plus his Civil Rights Bill was NOT the one LBJ signed. Bobby called for equal rights, not separate rights, had he lived we'd not be in the civil rights mess were in....f'k the ACLU....
