Well th Chargers have played 9 games so far this season and LT already has 18 total td's. Do you gys think he'll be able to break the single season record set by Alexander last year?
It's going to be hard, he has to have 10 or 11 touchdowns in the next 6 games, so almost 2 touchdowns a game. I think he has a good chance to do it, but just really don't think he will. I actually think he will tie Shaun Alexanders record.
Alright that's now 4 td's for todays game and 22 altogether. LT still has 6 more games to get 7 td's. The way he's been playing lately he could easily take the record. He only needs to avg just 1 td a game to tie it afterall.
Reception TD's count too right? I thought Alexander got 30 some rushing TD's...Well I hope LT does it but he always slows down near the end of the season so we'll see.

I think the same thing is going to happen this season. That was huge game for the Chargers today though, those games against division opponents that are the same record or close to the same record are the games your team has to win.
What a season so far for Tomlinson. He's having the best season of his career. After 10 games he's near his catch total from last season and his recieving yards are going to break his record of 725. He's lucky Antonio Gates is not getting the red zone touches he's gotten the last two years. I'm happy that Tomlinson is having a Alexander/Holmes type season...and I'm glad the coach is playing less conservatively.
