In honor of Vic...................... RHP - Michael (I wear pine tar cologne) Pineda 2-2 (1.83) vs. RHP - Chris Tillman 9-5 (3.73)
Up N Adam early Rick.....chomping on the bit to get this one started. Sad thing about Machado, but these birds can be had. One in hand is worth two in the bush (I know what your thinking)...... For the life of me, I despise how MLB or other sports always say, an athelete has a strain, when its actually and almost always a tear in a tendon, ligament, cartilage.....cuz I want to know the exact details of the tear(s)...... Does this mean I have to call you the Messiah, if I do, then you have to prove to me you can walk across the Hudson Bay, on the water, not the bridge or tunnel....!
Not good, I saw a clip on the MLB news this early am, looked clear, and sunny, but with rain clouds in the background, rolling in. This will make for 2 stacked games, if its awash...
Tonight's line up....................... Gardner Jeter Ellsbury Teixeira Beltran Headley Drew Prado Cervelli
One thing we learn about Pineda is that while he was on the DL he still didn't learn where the middle of his head was.
That was a bullshit call, Drew was not out of the baseline. That call is never made. The HP umpire must be an Oriole fan.
I can't believe they let Betances go out for a 3rd inning. Well now its 2-2. There's just no offense to this team. Oh shit, correction make that 5-2. Kelley just gave up a 3 run shot to Jones. Bottom 8. Chalk up ANOTHER Yankee loss.
Got the game today (surprise) on BSPN.....gotta' say I'm beginning to like Prado. Nice Catch, highlight of the game.......The kid can play about anywhere, or impersonate Victor Martinez. Maybe De Boyz can make a switch, one in the trunk, for the other....?
Im in San Francisco. Had a really nice half day here yesterday only to catch the end of the game on ESPN in the hotel. Going to hit up the aquarium with the girls this morning.
