Oh good lord. I want Dame to pull out, but feel that it will lead to bad karma. Hope Boogie's injury is minor.

For those that care, Victor checks in at 14:20. Spain is pretty stacked: they start with Pau Gasol, Jose Calderon, Navarro, Sergio, Felipe Reyes (and Victor) ON THE BENCH. Looks like Victor is getting what few minutes he gets at SF, because they've got the Gasols, Ibaka and Reyes at the bigs. That's a good thing. Less good is that they're playing a three guard lineup A LOT because they've got Rudy, Navarro, Rubio, Calderon, Sergio and Llull at guard. I think Rudy's playing SF pretty much exclusively.
France plays Philippines at 11:30 PST (if I've done my math right) - i.e. in 45 minutes. There will be streams to be found.
Thats good for Lillards chance of making the US team. If coach K and crew see Italy going small at positions 1-3 then they would be less hesitant to bring 4 guards along.
Team USA should have replaced Durant with Parsons, not gay...just my imo. If they build around gay like they were building around KD then....
France won, but looked pretty bad for long stretches (and were down by 5 in the fourth quarter). Nic got 16 and 12 but shot awfully. Andray Blatche plays for the Philippines...
Did I miss them making a final decision? They didn't "replace" Durant - they just added Gay to the squad. Parsons was already on the squad.
