Re: your team's X Factor? who's the guy on your favorite team that is really a determining factor in wins and losses, usually behind the scenes? for the Celtics, it's probably Ryan Gomes. He hits open shots, grabs a lot of boards, gives the team second opportunities, makes smart passes, he's a humble player and he's in great shape. never really does anything wrong on the court. He's the perfect role player that any coach in the league would be joyed to have.
Re: your team's X Factor? I am going to say on behalf of the Cavaliers, when Hughes isn't on the court, since he keeps getting hurt. This is really hard for me to pick one player.AV coming in and playing hard gives the Cavs a spark and gets them going. So I would consider him to be some what an X-Factor. I think I will give the award to him.
Re: your team's X Factor? Nened definally helps us win/lose games. If he has a good game, we win a lot more then we lose. If we could get him to be consistant everynight, we would have that 4th person to rely on so we could be a very dangerous team.
Re: your team's X Factor? Nate Rob and David Lee easily....witho these 2 the knicks would be worse than the currently are which isnt saying much I know...Lee-grabs the boards and does the hustle playsNate-spark off the bench, can come in and score quickly giving the team a needed spark
Re: your team's X Factor? I think the Mavs have a number of guys that could be labeled an X Factor, but I have it narrowed down to two, at least.Stack would be one of them. He's known for his ability to bring a spark off the bench. If any of our starters are playing poorly, sometimes he'll come in and just take over. He takes a lot of bad shots, but many times he makes them. He's pretty hard to defend and is just tough all around. He also can bring the team down a lot if he's shooting poorly, though. A lot of our behind the scenes stuff revolves around him.It is pretty hard to follow that up, but my other choice is Devin Harris. Similarily to Stack, he can provide a spark when it is most needed. Whether he is coming off the bench or starting, he sometimes comes out of nowhere to light teams up. However, he still needs to gain experience and confidence in his driving abilities. He's one of the fastest, if not the fastest player in the league. He can really pull the Mavs up if they're struggling.
Re: your team's X Factor? I'd say Earl Boykins and Nick COllison. I really dont think when either of these 2 guys fire off the bench, there is a bettter impact player. They both turn games for us(either way :S)

Re: your team's X Factor? I gotta say ours is Leandro Barbosa. When the guy has a good night, he lights it up and helps us out a lot.
Re: your team's X Factor? Barbosa, Banks or Diaw. Banks can really heat us up when he's on. Barbosa is the least of the three, since we lost by just three to a great team and he sucked donkey balls. Diaw's been doing crappy to start the season, and look at our 3-6 record... :/or we lost by 8. I don't remember. Point is, we nearly won and Barbs sucked.I suppose also that Nash could be, due to injuries
Re: your team's X Factor? I don't know if CB4 agrees, but ours is definitely, Mo/Fred jones, why? because when they have bad games, everyone else tends to for some odd reason.
Re: your team's X Factor? Lawrence Roberts, hes the big man verison of Shane Battier. Hes picked up so much that Battier used to do for us.

We all knew Ryan Gomes is the epitomy of solid and he'll always give you garbage points and hustle plays. I think the X-Factor for the C's this year is Al Jefferson. Without him we have to low post scoring option. It's on him, his health, and his development to help take us to the next level. He has All-Star potential, and like I said we have nothing down low (offensively) without him. He's a gifted post player, and we need him to bring it.
Re: your team's X Factor? Lee or Nate. Lee gives us a double double threat. Him and Nate bring energy off the bench and pump up the crowd.
Re: your team's X Factor? Andris Biedrins. Against Toronto, when he came in, we had defense down low, we had a rebounder, a shot blocker, a hustler, and a great finisher down low.
Re: your team's X Factor? oh, I kinda forgot about al because he's been out. but to my defense, we lost all three games he played in.
Re: your team's X Factor? For the Magic, our X-Factor is Grant Hill. He is our veteran leadership, and the one that keeps control of the team. If another team starts to go on a run, it's always Hill that responds with buckets to halt the other teams momentum and get the team back on track. It's also Hill that when the team is playing sloppy, go's and gets the ball, pulls it out and sets up the offense. He is definately our x-factor, and a huge reason for our success.
Re: your team's X Factor? yeah, I've noticed everytime he plays almost he score a lot and efficiently. He is a dangerous weapon. If only he could stayt healthy for a full season, the magic would have surely been in the playoffs atleast once in the past two or three years.
Re: your team's X Factor? The Pistons X-Factor is Flip Murray. He is a good scorer, and that is something the Pistons need from their bench this year. If he stays consistant then I think the rest of the Pistons bench contributes enough alongside him with Antonio McDyess and the other youngsters we have to make a great bench.
Re: your team's X Factor? It's hard to pick one X-factor on the warriors, since on any given night Monta, Jrich, BD, Ike, Murphy, unleavy (ughhh) or Biedrins can have a star level game and on any given night any of those guys can stink up the court and hurt the team. I'm going to go with our worst player, mike unleavy. When he plays well things happen because it takes out the one weak link. When he plays well then Baron doesn't have to play 48 minutes.
Re: your team's X Factor? Another Piston X-Factor is Rasheed's temper and FG%. When he's not yelling, and he is making shots, the entire Pistons team takes the game to the next level. Rasheed Wallace can score threes, can score down low, and is an important part to the Piston chemistry and defense.
