As you guys know the Raptors are located in the city of Toronto. The Raptors are owned by Maple Sports & Entertainment. (our hockey team). And this is the deal: The leafs were once speculating on selling this team, becuase they THINK that we are losing the leafs money, (since they pay for us generally speaking) since they are number 1 in the NHL in ticket sales I think/money. When it turns out, that last year the Raptors were 4th in the NBA in ticket sales. And Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment decided to air 25 Raptors games on Raptors NBA TV, and the rest were local in the area of Toronto. This is the breakdown: (stats are not exact but within 1-4 games close)Rogers Sportsnet: 8 gamesThe Score: 35 gamesTSN (the Sports Network): 16 gamesPay Channel: Raptors NBA TV: 25 games or so I think.On a side note: ALL MLB's Toronto Blue Jays games are aired, All Maple Leafs games are aired, all the CFL's(Canadian Football League) Argonauts are aired. Alsa a very surprising stat:There is more Tennis Fans in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) than Basketball. (ahead is Football, Baseball, and Hockey) I hate Toronto Sports Fans.
Lol, nice little article thing here. I feel for you, because aside for when the Cavaliers play the Raptors, I never see the Raptors play. I didn't see them play last year except for once and I haven't this year, I wish I could have seen them play more and it sucks you don't get to see them. If it helps you feel better, I get to see, I think just about every Cavalier game if I want. Does that help? :shifty2:
we love our blue jays, raps not so much and of course the leafs..what do you mean we can't watch any raps game? ive seen them all, plus raps tv comes with the sports pack

It doesn't seem that suprising to me. The Raptors are a relatively young team with a pretty unimpressive history. I probably wouldn't be a Raps fan if I were there, either.

your wrong though not all Leaf games are aired on cable tv, just like the Raptors and RAPSTV some games for the Leafs are exclusive only to Leafs TV.
