    Why else would you possibly not want the system to play out? Why would you not want people to gather the facts before acting? Why else would you be calling him guilty without any information? And taking cheap shots at Harbaugh for not treating McDonald as guilty until proven innocent? I can't think of any other reason. :dunno:

    Again, if we acted before we have all the facts, someone like Lynch would have been punished for something that proved to be bogus. Pablo Sandoval (SF Giants) was accused in something and the "facts" that initially came out ended up being completely bogus. How many times have athletes been accused of something that later proved false? If McDonald is guilty (even if there are no charges, if there's real evidence of abuse), I'll be happy to see him go. I'll judge both he and Harbaugh at that time, from the facts that come out and from the response of action from Harbaugh.

    Demanding anything else is hasty and ridiculous.

    I just picked him up for nothing! It's like a penny stock - nowhere to go but up.

    I read that a bunch of people are trying to return their Ray Rice jerseys and gear.

    I think Hoke won it the year they had shoelace at his best, I may be wrong though. They were in a BCS bowl, I remember that at least.

    Ray Rice should be BANNED FOR LIFE from the NFL ... not just because he beat the crap out of his then-fiancee ... but because he LIED about it as well ... this according to Senator Marco Rubio.

    Rubio [R-Florida] FL] tells TMZ Sports he's outraged by the footage of Rice belting Janay Palmer in the face and says -- "He should be suspended for life. There's no place for someone like that in the National Football League."

    Rubio says the fact Rice lied about it -- by contending that it was mutual combat -- makes the situation even worse.

    As for his punishment, Rubio couldn't be more clear -- "He has the right to work, but playing in the NFL is a privilege and I think you lose that privilege when you do something like that."

    Lloyd Carr's 2004 team was the last Conference Champ at Michigan. Just found it online.

    The 2006 had a chance to go to the BCS Championship, but lost to Ohio State (in what was being billed as "The Game of the Century") and ended up in the 2007 Rose Bowl, where they lost to USC.

    I'm sure it's possible that "information" and "facts" come out that say Ray McDonald had nothing to do with the bruises and marks left on a pregnant woman

    But common sense says that'd be a complete joke. He was arrested and charged and there are no other suspects that I know of.

    Try being a human being instead of a diehard fan for once.

    He actually hasn't been charged with anything yet. He was arrested per procedure when police investigate a domestic disturbance and see visible marks on one of the two. The police are still investigating and will then turn the case over to the DA's office and then it will be decided what, if anything, to charge him with.

    You can't reason with dumb posts. He already played it like he was there. I'm not saying he's innocent. I'm just saying give the dude due process. There have been possible "injuries" in accusations against other athletes, he'll, other random people, and they've turned out to be false.

    I'm not arguing for my team, as dude (stupidly) intimates. I majored in criminal justice. The system is not perfect, it is no without flaw, but I believe in it, overall.

    It very well could be Ray is guilty. Again, if that's the circumstance, he'll be gone and I'm good with that. But the American way is supposedly innocent until proven guilty. Go ahead and think it's fan-dom. It's my education, though, FAMS. Learn the law, then post.

    The 49ers reserve the right to send any player home that is a distraction or otherwise making their organization look bad

    Ray McDonald seems like a good candidate
