I am suprised I haven't seen any topics about theses movies. I personally don't really like them. I really like scary movies, but this series isn't scary, it is just a hack-and-slash type of movie and I don't like those really. But, my friends made me watch Saw 2 because they said it was great. I didn't really like it but the idea of it interests me. Then they made me watch Saw 3 in the theaters, I didn't really like that one either, but again, the idea of it still interests me.Anyways, Saw 4 is supposed to come out like, I don't know, maybe next year, it is supposed to star Jessica Alba. So my friends won't have to make me watch that one. I will go on my own free will.

If they added some better actors it would be a classic.

how the hell are they gonna have a saw 4 when all the main characters died. 4 will surely be a letdown. The series has gotten worse as it goes on. 3 was pretty hardcore, but I didn't really like the storyline at all. saw 1 was the best of the 3.

Haha I went to watch SAW 3 but they didn't let me in because I wasn't accompanied by an adult. I download SAW 1 a couple weeks ago but something happened to my pc because of a virus and we had to do a system restore or something and it got deleted.

I don't suggest you see saw 3 without even seeing the first. there's alot of stuff to piece together beforehand.

My thoughts on the series, I think it's overrated. I liked the first film, thought the ending was actually creative and the plotline smart(you can make arguments for it's plotholes). It's a decent horror flick. The sequels are cashing in on the success and instead of going the way of Final Destination 2, making inventive kills, they went dull in the sequel. Can't comment on the third, haven't seen it.

there's really not a very good plot in the third one. they focused too much on gruesome deaths, it really took away from the movie in my opinion.

I didn't see Saw or Saw 3, but Saw 2 was borderline awful. I honestly don't know how anyone could enjoy it. Maybe it's just one of those, you have to be into the whole campy horror/suspense movie things. But for me, it was just idiotic. I'd call it more cheesy than smart and creative.SPOILER:When the Jigsaw guy was like, "Your son is SAFE" I was like, lol he'z probly in a bank lololol. The ending was almost as cheesy as I expected.

Saw 1 was awesome. The storyline was well thought out for a scary movie..ad there wasnt an excessive amount of blood scenes, but when there were, they were needed, and it was cool.Saw 2 was just a bloodbath. The storyline sucked, but I guess it was alright. And I havnt seen Saw 3.

The thing I couldn't watch was-Giving some scenes away:-when that guy is pulling the hooks out of him and I thought the rib death was going to be a lot worse than it was, I turned away, and when I looked back, it wasn't bad at all (I looked back right before it happend, so I saw the whole thing. So much for turning my head). The thing that sucked the worse was when the guy's leg bone pops out of his skin. That hurt my leg so bad and I don't know why. :no1:
