    The government shouldn't have done anything, barfo. The drought is caused by them. Good job! We should grow government even bigger so it can ruin more of our lives.

    Yes barfo. Government can cause a drought and the population to become obese.

    Man can make it rain by seeding clouds. So yeah, we can affect the climate to a small degree.

    In other news, last weekend 3 to 5 inches fell in Cody, the earliest recorded snowfall there since records were kept in 1915.
