    Also, CJ looks like he put in a lot of reps this summer. Damn he sure did work on his strength and conditioning. Coaching staff must have told him "be ready to play a lot more minutes this season".

    After watching the video from the informal practice, I'm surprised there's no mention of Freeland here so I'll bring it. He looks way more muscular than last season and he didn't miss a shot from the film. Looks like he's competing for time at the 4 and he's found his jump shot. Everyone looks improved. Lot of talk about Meyers but I think Joel still has the edge for minutes
