should I subscribe?I got the december issue and it's pretty good..but I dont know if I should subscribe..is it worth the 13 dollars?
It's worth the money to get the magazine, my mom keeps re-upping and it's a decent read. I feel they just keep hyping the same few guys over and over...not to mention they have so many multiple covers...ugh...They always play the underdog card and always take credit for getting future NBA stars first in their magazine...I've tired of the magazine.
The magazine is pretty great. But the cover thing is pretty out of hand. I'd like to see more old school from it, but I'm pretty happy with the magazine.
Definetley. Slam is the best basketball magazine in the world. They're funny, they're hip-hop, and most of all, they're great writers. Some people question the content, but quite frankly, I have no idea why. Slam is a great magazine."If I had one reason to dislike Slam, it'd be that they only come out once a month"
Definately. 13 bucks is nothing if youre getting 10 issues man..It's always a good read. I was watching the Raptor game yesterday, and Leo Rautins said that Bosh would be on the next cover :rock:I cant wait to read that.

They put Sebastein Telfair on the cover like 3 times, so I wouldnt be surprised lol.All he has to do is get a cool hair cut, get some tats, and act ghetto and he'll be on the cover of SLAM in no time :happy0144:

I stopped reading SLAM awhile ago. I love it when people shed light on the good of professional athletes, but SLAM just takes it too far. Then you ad dint he fact that half the magazine is comprised of advertisements, and they sue the same palyers over and over...
