http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=2674267&page=1 Someone had to do this. It's the black man keeping us down.
It's not even that much... $250. Why is this Hispanic guy bitching? How else are you supposed to stir controversy and cause discussion about this? Everyone knows that affirmative action is unfair, but it's so wrong when white people do something to pay for their own people that really probably don't get that much help with scholarships.
The funny thing is that there are plenty of scholorships for Hispanics only, blacks only, arabs only, asians - there's one for every race except whites...I don't even see the problem with this - not all white people are advantaged.

This is just completely wrong. You know, it is the whites fault because of their past and what they have done to other races then, but everything the white man does now that may exclude other races or whatever, is considered to be racist. But any other race can do the same thing.

They could use socioeconomic factors to get a much better, less racist approach to giving out financial aid. I'd bet that most non-whites in college are close to if not equally advantaged to white college students.
See, these whities are keeping us down. They need to be killed. Not running of the Jews, they ok, running of the whities.

"White Power"-Clayton Bigsby (Dave Chappelle)Haha, anyways, I think this race horse sh*t is ridiculous. Why can't race not be taken into account when deciding scholarships. Obviously different races sometimes may be split into separate economic classes, but thats no reason to segregate races on a scholarship. IMO it shouldn't be by race, but by your economic standing. There are poor White, Black, Asian, Muslim, and Hispanic everywhere. There are rich ones too. If you separate them by their economic standing then you get rid of the scholarship segregation and the minorities will no longer be able to use race as an excuse for not getting one.
I was taking the PSAT test about last month for a scholarship (can't remember which one). At the top of the answer sheet form, there was an option that stated "If you're an African-American student and would like to participate in our [can't remember the name] Scholarship" and there was a bubble for 'bubble here'. I was somewhat outraged that there was another scholarship option for black students, yet there was nothing for the brown man...Anyway, my point is, I could have made a big deal, but decided not to. If black people can have their own scholarships and nobody causes a commotion about it, why can't white people have their own scholarships?
