IMO if you want a kid you can have I have nothing wrong with Homosexuality and if they want to why not. I guess you can say it causes the kid to get picked on, but thats not always the situation.
Homosexuals should adopt girls not boys... no need to spread.. and if its a boy and word gets out to his friends well... Moreover, lil kids joke around about a lot of stuff and are peer pressured but other kids most of the time. If the other kids are joking about him having 2 fathers( these kids dont know yet) the boy can start acting negative towards his Fathers and/or just plain avoiding and have no respect for his fathers. Mothers on the otherhand. I don't think people would care. I Am no woman so if they do talk about lesbians in a joking way like most guys I know do. I wont know. They better just have their kid homeschooled or just not in a public or high attending school.-The funny thing about this topic is that underneath I saw a Dallas Cowboys thread(Other Sports). Just made me laugh for a minute or less.
I don't see any problem with it. Gay couples with children so far have been a great success. What SGuard said about gay male adoptions is not true at all. Kids with gay parents know the struggle the adults face and rarely turn on their parents they love. I did a paper on this last year for class. I will try to find it tonight.
All I know is if I was adopted by homosexuals, I would most likely cry myself asleep at night. Life would suck. If the kid doesn't care, why not I guess. But you need to ask the kid, because I am sure there are plenty of kids that will not want to have a Mr.Dad and a Mrs.Dad.
I don't believe Homosexuality is an enviroment thing, I think its genetic. so letting gay people adopt isn't going to make the kids gay, unless the kid was going to be gay anyway. With that said, I think they should be allowed to adopt, there are thousands, possibly millions of children in foster care or orphaniages in the US. If the gay couple is capable of providing everything a kid would need until its 18 than the gays should be allowed to adopt.
idk, while I have no problem with homosexuality, I think that it could tend to cause problems with not enough emotional support for the kid, missing all the things moms would provide. I think they should be allowed to on the one hand (because who are we to say who can or can't have kids, and if they aren't adopted they'd end up in a foster home which is worse), but on the other hand I wouldn't want to be adopted by homosexual parents (nothing against homosexuality but I wouldn't want to be teased and wouldn't have a mother figure to confide in). I think some studies need to be done on it over the next forty years and then it can be determined whether it's detrimental enough to deny people children due to circumstances they can't control.

Sure it would be a little different and stupid kids would joke about it...I don't see why life would suck.
I wouldn't have a problem with it, but the kid getting adopted may end up having a problem with it sometime along the road though.
