The Thunders injury issues just show how lucky Portland is right now (after having many injury issues in years past). If Portland had to be without LaMarcus and Damian for long stretches, this team would be very very bad. Hopefully that is something Portland doesn't have to deal with much this season.
Player has to be out for the year for them to apply for the disabled player credit. Even with that credit you can't go above the 15 spot roster.
