Hope we see more Crabbe. He's a smart player and I think he'll show more upside as he gets comfortable offensively. He had a couple sweet passes & the catch & shoot jumper in the 4th was smooth. Small NBA sample size, but you can see his game is fairly polished. He stays within himself & doesn't make the bonehead plays most of our younger guys do. Even when you watch his Cal highlights, you see a refined game. He might not be bursting with potential athletically, but he's got a chance to be a good, solid guy coming off the bench/spot starter. I hope coach Stotts keeps giving him minutes. We know what Will can (and can't) do . . . he'll never be a 3 & D guy. Crabbe, however, might be our Danny Green.
Pleasantly surprised with Crabbe last night. Might just have the makings of our backup SFOTF. Plays in the system, good on D, and can roll with the starters without much issue. And the more comfortable he gets the more his shot will come around.
