    ...basically a minor league deal...he has to make it to the majors in order to make $500K next year...otherwise, he gets $175K.

    Wow, I log on to see that this is the deal the Yankees made. Minor league pitching fodder. Let's hope Hal opens his wallet a little bit more. They can't even hire a coaching staff let alone a top free agent.
