This is very similar to how I used to feel about the Dallas Cowboys. Back when the Niners and Cowboys had a huge rivalry, I hated that team with every fiber of my being, but they were shitty for so long that I stopped hating them. It got to the point where I actually felt sorry for them because I think it's sad when a storied franchise sinks that low for that long. I don't think I'll ever feel sorry for Laker fans because they're all such complete douchebags, but I can definitely see myself getting to the point where I don't care about the Lakers.

Right now I hate LAC and Houston MUCH MUCH more.

 

Laker hate is a moral imperative. I don't have to fear them to hate them. Their tears of failure are the most delicious in the land.

 

People have moved on to the Clippers. There's too much to do in LA. They'll just lose interest in them and find something else to latch onto.

 

I'm sure that goal is on the massive ego radar.

 

I have enough hate left over for the Floppers and the Floppettes.

 

Back to the thread topic...it's Portland, I hope there's no black mold in the practice facility because that's 3 guys down with respiratory infections in a month
