I really don't have any respect for that team. On the flip side it shows that we are in their heads a little. To celebrate like that winning game 17 of the regular season says a lot. To me it is all good. The Pens will always get the calls, I am used to that so don't get bothered by it anymore. We had our chances...4 on 3 in OT...we played a strong game and got a good point. I am not upset by the end result. Solid game for us I think.

Hopefully they show up with good emotion to beat Cally and the boys Monday at MSG.

If you really want to talk about gray areas than Kreider should've received a penalty shot in overtime. While I'm on that subject why does he never get a chance on the shootout? I'm getting tired of Zucc's useless attempts.

I was thinking the same thing regarding Kreider.

    I maybe rather have a 4 on 3 PP than a one chance penalty shot...close but I think I take a 4 on 3 actually.

I agree on the SO. To me MZA and Nash are too fancy on the SO. It works sometimes, but when it doesn't they don't even get shots. Look at Step the past two games...he rips it...I like that. Pens goals were rips also...making all these moves I don't love. Kreider would be a ripper also I think...and I'd like that and give him a shot.

Kreider is starting to remind me of players like Grabner and Dvorak. Tons of chances with speed but he doesn't do much with them.

Kreider needs to be better...just the reality of it. We need him to score 25-30 goals this season...right now on pace for 19. Both him and MZA need to pick up their games a little. Then that line will be even better as Stepan is rounding into shape.

Kreider does get a lot of chances though, but he needs to finish more often to really make it count.

Kreider needs to develop a go - to move on breakaways, often times he seems confused as to whether to shoot or just overpower the goalie. He also needs to learn to take something off his passes, not send them 90mph from 10 ft away.

Add Hagelin to the list, he's playing for a new contract but you'd never know it unless he's not looking for a raise to help the Rangers cap situation. I think this roster is stronger than last year's but think one trade can be a difference maker. Boyle had a terrible turnover but his accurate shot has me forgetting all about Stralman. D. Moore has to put the puck in the net otherwise Miller should be in his place.
