I'd love to go to Boston College but I have no chance getting in there. I wanna go to Bryant University, in Smithfield, RI. I applied ED and I find out by the 15th of December, so I'm pumped.

I wasn't in the top ten percent in my high school and I still got in, but even if you don't get in (apply though) if you're GPA is good enough they will put you in the CAP program. That's basically where you'll go to UT-San Antonio for a year and if you get a 3.2 GPA or higher there you'll be admitted into UT-Austin.

I dont think that it would be the same. I want to know that I am good enough to make it in the first time. The thing that sucks about my high school is that it is one of the top high schools in the state. The top ten percent in my grade all has over a 100 GPA. It is VERY hard. I know that if I went to an inner city school, I would be top 5 percent but I wouldnt want to do that.O, and my GPA last year was a 3.8 but it has gotten better...

Just make sure you write decent admission essays and what not. Obviously it also depends on what school you apply to within UT (I.e. Business, Education, Liberal Arts, etc.).

No, a 3.8 out of 4. But our system is weird....We get extra points for being in college level classes (AP or Pre-AP). Like, my best friend is the #3 kid in our class, and his GPA is a 106, but it comes out to like a 4.2 or a 4.3 Something liek that. My GPA this year is a 97.5. That is h

3.8 out of 4? No worries then... you'll get in. No reason you shouldn't.

I would like to go to Southern Methodist in Dallas, but I'm thinking of going to a smaller school first then transferring to UT's business school. I would want to be involved in marketing, probably for musicians and or places to play shows. Austin is the Live Music capitol of the world, so I think that would be a great place to start. Plus, my brother lives there.

I have it down to three; Oklahoma State, Connecticut, and Florida.I have family in Oklahoma, Connecticut, and my parents will be living in Florida. My parents said they would pay for any school that I choose to go to. I haven't looked into schools that much, but at the moment those are the three schools I want to enroll at.

If you end up going to Connecticut or Flordia, you are going to be able to watch some sweet basketball. I would go out of state for college, but it is so damn expensive. I wount want my parents to have to pay a tuition that is over 20 grand a year.

It's in the middle of Highland Park, think about it.
