Blazers didn't have Aldridge against the Nets and won pretty handily.

Rockets didn't have Dwight Howard and they're getting ready to lose to the 2-9 and Lakers.

Would be nice to have Asik right now, right?

Lmao!!!! Of course they blame the refs. That team gets sooo many cheap fouls to go for them. How can their fans even complain?!

Come on guys... This was a classic win win for us. Win because we already know Lakers suck and won't amount to shit and win because the Lowly Rockets struggled with the winless 76ers and lost to the 2-9 Lakers at home!

Houston has a posh schedule and are struggling to win games

Not surprised they lost this game once it was known Howard was out. They have no back up center at all, Black is a pretty bad player and Dorsey is worse. They probably could get away with games without Howard if Jones played because he at least adds some verticality that the rest of the Rockets bigs don't have, but without Howard they are going to have a hard time winning any game because he and Jones are their entire post defense and offense pretty much. No Jones, No Howard, and they rely on Harden to play both PG and SG because they for some reason have decided to sit Isiah Canaan who was tearing it up for them.

Nah, not really. They've lost 3 games, 2 were without Howard. The other loss was against another very good team.

The main issue with the Rockets is probably still the coaching for McHale because they still do not like to run plays. Which says a lot of Harden's playmaking abilities because he's the sole engine of their entire offense.

So yeah, 2 of their 3 losses came without Dwight. That's not really a surprise to me, if Jones was playing it'd be more of a surprise because he does do a lot for rebounding and scoring inside...but they playing Dorsey and Black major minutes, takes a lot to make up for that. Probably would have helped if they decided to play Canaan who has shown that he can score, play defense, and just be a very plus player but this is McHale. He seems to ride and die with Francisco Garcia for whatever reason.

So what you're saying is, you're completely reliant on a guy with a history of back problems?
