<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Chicago Tribune - John Paxson, GM of the Chicago Bulls , spoke at length with Ben Wallace for a second straight day Monday, trying to make sure Wallace's insubordination from last Saturday night didn't continue. "I don't expect this to cause our team to fracture, which is always something you worry about," Paxson said. "Every year, Scott and I go over the team handbook," Paxson said. "If there are things we want to change, we change them. That rule was borne out of some things I saw when I first got the job that didn't look good. It was more out of uniformity than anything else. It wasn't to take an individual's personality away from the game. Anything can be revisited. But I'm not saying that rule is going to be revisited tomorrow."</div>

They seem to be aproaching this very well. Big Ben needs to stop whining. And get on with his job.
