White meat. Red meat is fine too, but dark meat is scary. Never good for anyone. The county should ship all the dark meat to Africa Fish meat is basically a vegitable
Beef is the best. Fish is delicious if it doesnt taste too saltwatery Shrimp and crab are awesome. Chicken is my go to meat though. Cheap and healthy. I recently started using ground chicken instead of turkey or beef and it is absolutely delicious
Buffalo meat is a good choice. However, Donkey is some of the best meat I've had. But I eat chicken and turkey most often.
Grass-fed beef on my smoker. I don't pay for beef in restaurants anymore. I like shrimp a lot. Getting more into seared tuna, but that ish is kinda expensive.
Me, too. But I stopped hunting years ago, so my backstrap dinners are far and few between nowadays. I eat chicken the most, though. Go Blazers
