The Bay area is a great place to love. Great sites, Great places. Weather is good. Everything is good. The only bad thing is I live hella close to a fault that should be going off very soon................. stupid earthquakes. but its a nice place to live. Not too cold. Not too hot. The only bad parts of the Bay are the "ghetto" areas. some of richmond, oakland, and dats really all. Houses arent all that expensive in some locations. so yes. and we go dumb out hurrrr yadadada??? The houses in EPA are sh*t, but they cost 600,000 plus. The neighborhood'lums' suck too. In less than a 5 minute drive time, however, you reach the beautiful Palo Alto, followed by Menlo Park and Atherton. The houses there go from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Sometimes, they go even higher.

Dallas, VERY cheap houses (land in texas is cheap), good gas prices, nice schools, low crime rate, EXCELLENT weather.

No, it doesn't really have big cities like New York or Los Angeles, but its close to DC, and DC is beautiful during Spring. The only problem might be is that it is pretty expensive, as well.</div>Do you think it's as expensive as the other options he listed? I'm not so sure...I also agree with ASUFan, I don't think I have ever heard anything positive about Jersey.
