Who heard about Phil Jackson being fined $25,000 for talking about the refs to the media. It said complaining, but it didn't seem like too much of a complaint. Just saying they should let Bynum play or something. Hmm, after a record amount of controversial finishes in the playoffs last year, no one on the floor or out of the game is allowed to mention the refs and Stern is trying to get NBA videos off of sites like youtube, where there are many videos that show the terrible calls being made....I wonder why that is. :dunno:

Once again, I don't have a problem with them telling the players to sit down, I'd just think that the players would know... I mean, wouldn't people say something if they were pissed?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pistonfan11 @ Nov 30 2006, 10:39 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>David Stern is the biggest ego trip Commishioner in Professional Sports. He is ruining the game, making rules that players cannot stand when there is something exciting going on in the game? This is disgusting. I have to watch this P.O.S. run my favorite sport into the ground. How long until players cannot show expressions on their faces? Or until they all have to shave their heads? This man is ruining the NBA, and the players association needs to do something right now, because if he keeps this BS up there is going to be another strike.</div>David Stern is adjusting the rules to how the players play, and how everything goes down in the Stadium. He wants to give people a unforgetable experience when they come to a Basketball game, sure the fighting gets fan pumped up, but it gets the NBA attention it doesn't want, plus it gives fans the right to throw beer at players and the right for them to fight back. Im not agreeing with Stern on everything (as you can see in my sig), but it helps complete the entertainment experience, it just makes the game organized, and helps keep competition at basketball only.

It would be fine if Stern just mentioned all players but no he had to mention MAVS players. I mean if he wants to show he's fair than mention all players. Typical Stern bullsh** as he is probably still a little bitter with the things Cuban said after game 5 against the Heat.

I mean don't you remember last year when opposing teams announcers commented on our team's spirit standing up for games while their team sat down.

I just saw Wade toss some chewing gum after a loss. I guess the rules don't apply to him.

You guys know what Stern should crack down on?Those loudass annoying PA guys at some arenas. You know who I'm talking about. The guys who take 39 seconds to shout a players name at the top of his lungs. I hate those dumbfucks. Whether I'm at home or at the game, I want to see it, not hear "PAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUU GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO
    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
    LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

This is some bullsh**. You have no idea how mad Stern is making me here.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The league also called during the Chicago game Tuesday because a Mavericks player was sitting on the floor on the baseline rather than in a seat on the bench,</div>So what is Steve Nash going to do? A player that needs to lay down during like (when is it?) the second quarter to help his back.

I don't think Stern wants to see the Suns or Mavs win anything...just a hunch... :dunno: Both teams shoot more than anyone, and they changed the ball. Nash was against the ball more that anyone because the ball is really different and it makes it harder for him to make the passes he does. The Mark Cuban rules...this bench rule... The Suns-Lakers series and NBA Finals. :dunno: Just saying...No need to reply BCB. I know you [IMG] Stern and will come to his defense. I was only half serious anyway. Just throwing out some things that happened and it seems to be more focused on those two teams.

Well he was with the Mavericks before that...Cuban's team. [IMG] Or are you talking about the time he played with the Suns 10 years ago?
