How much time do you practice for weight lifting, basketball, running and whatever else you do?

Basketball at random, no running, weight lift at least half an hour a day.

I play basketball every other day, During the off season I do various drills 3 days a week. I lift weights every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That's not for basketball though...

Most of the time I spend in the weightroom is to look good, not for basketball........I play hoops daily. I run five miles every day during the offseason to stay in shape. During the season I do various dribbling drills and plyometrics

It isnt cause I am slacking it is cause we dont do sh*t, and I am f*cking TIRED OF IT! Its called "basketball practice" not "go over plays for a month practice".but usually when whenever I get out of practice when it isnt dark outside yet I go and play ball with my friends from work. I need to start lifting before practice to cause like I said before we dont do anything to help us get better.

I would say 3 times per week at the most. If you want to get cut then do lighter weight with more reps. If you want to get solid then do less reps, more weight.I rep 200 pounds 8 times for 4 sets. 32 reps in total. Then I go down to 170 and rep that 10 times for 2 sets. 20 in total. That's 52 reps all together.
